At Tapt, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we provide a streamlined process to ensure your tech needs are met.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  • 2.
    Prepare the Device

    Ensure the electronic device is factory reset, cleared of all personal data, and securely placed in its original packaging with all included cables.

  • 3.
    Print and Attach Label

    Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring no previous shipping marks are visible.

  • 4.
    Drop Off and Track

    Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the device and trigger your refund within 5 business days.
